We hold a morning meeting every Monday. The production department formulates the production plan for the current week, and the materials department provides the progress of materials. If the production department requires technical support, the technical department will provide on-site answers.
At the same time, the sales department offers suggestions on whether the production plan can meet the customers' needs and promptly feedbacks the customers' requirements. The production department then makes timely adjustments accordingly.
